Understanding the difference between a coach and a mentor, we were given some case studies that involved using the drama tool of role playing. It was noticed that the duration of the coaching and mentoring process varies depending on the situation at hand. Both of these roles require different skill sets that need to be tapped into.

This skill-o-gram is a comprehensive document that lists down all the strengths and weaknesses that I have identified during the course of the program. 

Each competency test that I undertook revealed a different aspect of my strengths and areas of improvement. This, along with the leadership profile, gave me an idea of the direction in which I need to be headed.

Using the GROW model in the Coach Situation

This activity looked at using the drama tool of role play to explore the nuances of being a coach. This activity helped us in identifying how to be a coach, the challenges one can face while adopting the role of a coach, the body language to be used, the language of communication, tools of articulation, active listening, being in the moment and leading the coachee towards the solution rather than arriving at it yourself.
